The conscious control of breathing is said to influence a person's mental, emotional or physical state, with a therapeutic effect. Eat a diet rich in fruits and vegetables: Eating a diet rich and balanced in fruit and vegetables can support to lower stress and improve mental wellbeing

Staying Hydrated: The human body is composed of up to sixty five percent water. Even mild dehydration can affect mental and physical performance.

Enough sleep is required for healing, mental function, physical performance and wellbeing.

 

Exercise actually increases energy levels by increasing energy production on a cellular level. Exercise also increases energy by improving circulation, stabilising blood sugars, and increasing endorphin and hormone production.
