Special Focus on Children & Young People
Supporting children and young people through mental health challenges is an area of particular passion for me. With years of experience in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), I have developed a deep understanding of how mental health struggles manifest in younger populations.
Teenage years are especially vulnerable times, and mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and emotional dysregulation can impact their development, relationships, and overall well-being. My approach is designed to help young people develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and improve their emotional regulation, ultimately empowering them to live fulfilling lives.
Family unit plays a crucial role in supporting a child or young person’s mental health. As such, I offer family-based therapies to help improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create supportive home environments.
